Live Better. Love Better.

Vibrant relationships, personal fulfillment, and the capacity to be present make life feel meaningful. As a warm and open therapist, I bring my advanced training and experience in helping you feel better and more centered in the areas of your life that feel unsettled or stuck. Whether you’re facing a new beginning, a tough ending, or anything in between, therapy can provide a gentle place to figure out what you want and need for yourself and your relationships. My approach is that therapy should not just give awareness and clarity, but foster healing, resolution, and tools for more centered living.
